Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Your order is processed in 1-2 working days excluding weekends & holidays. once dispatched it will be delivered in 4-7 working days in standard shipping and 2-4 working days with express shipping 

We use primarily Delhivery courier to ship the packages ‚once your order is processed you will receive automated text containing tracking details on your email &  WatsApp number kindly look forward to it 

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK

once the order is shipped from our side it is clients responsibility to keep a timely track of their order, in case there is any issue with your order such as delivery not attempted for the the item or delay inform us as soon as possible so we can solve it, if you do not receive your parcel within the time span of 20 days, inform us at the earliest so we can resolve the issue with courier any complaints raised for the same after the given timeline will not be entertained

LOST IN TRANSIT 

if the package is lost in transit and is not delivered to you,we will set up an enquiry with the courier and will try to assist you as much as we can,kindly allow us the timeline of 7-10 days to solve the issue in such cases, in case which are eligible refund will be provided to your bank account 

DELIVERY NOT SUCCESSFUL 

In case the item gets returned to us due to customer negligence, and not being attentive to the delivery,reshipping charges and RTO charges will be applied, in case of rejecting cash on delivery orders the customer will be blacklisted from our store.

How to track your order - Go to https:// www.delhivery.com and paste the tracking id in AWB section or paste your mobile no. in mobile no. Section to know the current status of your package 

You will also receive tracking details on your emails

OTP verified delivery will be attempted when the package is out for delivery and you will receive a text for the same, only share the otp with the delivery person when you receive the package, in case item gets lost because due to sharing otp without receiving the package we will not be held responsible
