RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


We have a 24 hours return/exchange policy, in case of size issues,defects,or wrong item sent which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, an uncut unboxing video of the package is mandatory showing the issue with the product you are having, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate a pickup for you if service is available in your area for which charges of 100-200 will be applied  according to the weight & volume of the package or in case you would like to self ship the package to us we will provide you with our address

in case of self shipping the parcel, the parcel needs to be shipped from your side within 2 days of raising the return request in failure of doing so, the return window will be deemed as closed and return will be rejected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept return or exchange requests for the purchases using store credit, sale items or discounted items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,you will be given refund in the form of store credit/coupon code minus the shipping charges for the amount you placed your order for which can be used for lifetime once 

in case of defective items, we can provide you with partial refund if you wish to keep the item or we will provide you an exchange if stock allows otherwise a store credit will be given 

NOTE - refunds are only provided in the form of store credit/coupon codes and we do not do refunds on bank accounts (if any exception)
